Self-serve products
A purchase grants the buyer perpetual use of the purchased major version for their own personal or business operations. It includes security fixes for that major version and 90 days of support. It does not transfer ownership, resale rights, or the right to redistribute Forge source or product files.
Client work
Clients own the content, data, branding, and custom output created specifically for their approved brief. Forge retains its reusable frameworks, components, processes, and general know-how and grants the client a perpetual business-use license to those reusable elements as incorporated into the delivered work.
Client-owned delivery
Final client deployments use client-owned domains, hosting, repositories, and provider accounts. Third-party terms and costs remain the client's responsibility.
