By accessing the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific terms presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase the applicable service.
1. Who may use the services
You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your location. If you use a product for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Products and descriptions
Forge Product Lab sells hosted and downloadable digital products, templates, guides, calculators, systems, and software tools. Each product page describes the included files or access, intended use, compatibility, price, license, delivery method, and known material limitations. A recovery code restores paid product access; it does not restore device-local product records. We do not promise results, income, or outcomes that depend on your circumstances or implementation.
3. Purchases and delivery
All Forge offers are one-time purchases. The exact price, currency, scope, and delivery method are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Forge does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals. You are responsible for accurate billing and delivery information.
4. Licenses
Purchasing a digital product grants the license stated on its product page; it does not transfer ownership of Forge Product Lab intellectual property. Unless a commercial, team, resale, or redistribution license expressly permits it, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, share, publish, or redistribute the product files or hosted access
- Remove ownership or licensing notices
- Use the product to create a directly competing copy for resale
- Use the product unlawfully or to violate another person’s rights
- Bypass access controls, usage limits, or security features
5. Build Studio projects
Client-package payment becomes available only after Forge approves fit and the client accepts an exact versioned scope brief. Delivery targets begin after that brief, required assets, and scoped access to client-owned providers are complete. One revision is included. Requests outside the accepted architecture may require a separate $100 change block or a new package. Forge runs one active project and accepts no more than three paid queued projects.
6. Client ownership and provider costs
Clients own their supplied content, data, branding, and custom output. Forge retains reusable frameworks and grants the client a perpetual business-use license to those elements as incorporated into delivery. Final deployments use client-owned domains, hosting, repositories, and provider accounts. Clients pay third-party costs directly.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Forge Product Lab Refund Policy and any more specific terms shown on the product page. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or products to break the law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, invade privacy, misrepresent identity, harass others, interfere with service operation, probe systems without authorization, or bypass platform rules.
9. Updates and availability
We may improve, patch, replace, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve purchased functionality and provide reasonable transition information when a software product changes materially. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and some products depend on third-party browsers, platforms, or services outside our control.
10. Ownership and feedback
Forge Product Lab and its licensors retain ownership of the site, product designs, source materials, documentation, branding, and related intellectual property. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it to improve products without an obligation to compensate you, while your personal information remains governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not provide medical, legal, investment, tax, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether a product is suitable for your situation.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Product Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of a product. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim during the preceding twelve months. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, or a material violation of these Terms. We will preserve customer data and provide notice where reasonably possible and legally permitted.
14. Resolving concerns
Please contact support@forgeproductlab.com first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. These Terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms as products and requirements change. The effective date and version appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated through a reasonable notice when required.
