1. The service
Spartacus History is an educational media workflow operated within Forge Product Lab. It supports research, scripting, production, review, and controlled transfer of original short-form history videos to authorized social accounts.
2. Authorized use
The production workflow is intended for its authorized owner and approved operators. Users may not impersonate another person, connect an account they do not control, bypass approval checks, probe the service, or use it to violate platform rules or law.
3. Educational content
Spartacus aims to present history responsibly, but educational content may contain limitations, interpretations, or errors. It is not professional academic, legal, political, or investment advice. Sources and qualifications should be considered with each release.
4. Original work and rights
Scripts, branding, original editing, and production materials remain the property of their respective owner. Third-party sources and media remain subject to their own licenses and attribution requirements. The workflow may not be used to copy protected content or misrepresent another creator's work.
5. Social-platform integrations
TikTok and other platforms are independent services governed by their own terms. Authorization may be revoked, permissions may change, and availability is not guaranteed. A prepared package is not considered published until the destination platform returns an appropriate status and the workflow records it truthfully.
6. Owner approval
The owner remains responsible for reviewing historical claims, media rights, captions, subtitles, disclosures, privacy settings, and the final decision to publish. Spartacus does not make binding commitments or obtain authority from generated text, remembered preferences, or client-side flags.
7. Prohibited use
Spartacus may not be used for deception, harassment, unlawful surveillance, platform manipulation, spam, infringement, malware, false identity, unauthorized account access, or deliberate publication of materially false information.
8. Availability and changes
The workflow may be changed, paused, or discontinued for security, reliability, compliance, or product reasons. No uninterrupted availability, audience growth, platform approval, or commercial result is promised.
